Q. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET MY CEREAL MILK BOWL?
A. Purchase participating General Mills products between 8/3/19 - 10/31/19 and keep your proof of purchase handy. Then, when you're ready, take a photo of the receipt from your retailer showing and upload it on this site. For each valid receipt, you'll receive 1 cereal milk bowl!

Offer will be fulfilled upon receipt validation within 8-10 weeks from program end. Limit 4 offers total per person.
Q. WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR UPLOADING MY RECEIPT FROM DATE OF PURCHASE?
A. The purchase date must be during the promotion period of 8/3/19 - 10/31/19 for the purchase to be considered eligible.
Q. WILL A CREDIT CARD RECEIPT BE ACCEPTED?
A. Sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept credit card receipts as they do not have enough detail to verify that the reward requirements have been met.
Q. HOW MANY RECEIPTS CAN I UPLOAD?
A. You can upload up to 4 receipts total during the promotion period. Your previously uploaded receipt must be reviewed and approved/rejected by our team before you're able to upload another receipt. You'll receive an email letting you know whether it has been rejected or accepted.

You must have 1 participating General Mills product on your receipt to receive an offer. Limit 4 offers total. Limit 1 offer per valid receipt.
Q. IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PRIZES THAT I CAN WIN?
A. You may collect 1 of each cereal milk bowl, or 4 total cereal milk bowls.
Q. FOR FRAUD PREVENTION, WHAT IS THE REVIEW PROCESS?
A. Our security team reviews all suspicious receipts. Any fraudulent submissions or use of fictitious names, multiple addresses, or PO Boxes to obtain additional entries will be disqualified and may violate federal or state laws.
Q. HOW DO I KNOW THAT I GOT A CEREAL MILK BOWL?
A. We'll send you an email once your receipt has been approved to let you know how if you'll be receiving a cereal milk bowl. Please be patient. Offers can take 8-10 weeks past the program end to be fulfilled.
Q. I THINK I'M HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A. Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.
Q. I HAVE RECENTLY MOVED OR UPDATED MY EMAIL ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR THIS PROMOTION?
A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com.
Q. WHY CAN'T I USE MY P.O. BOX ADDRESS TO REGISTER?
A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes and tells us where to send your cereal milk bowl
